Lucas grew up in Germany and moved to Australia in 2018, becoming an Australian citizen.
Lucas has completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage through Evolve College and his Exercise Scientist (Exercise & Sports Science) Degree through Edith Cowan University and has worked together with physiotherapists, chiropractors and sports teams.
Lucas knows and understands the human body's movement, developments, adaptations, and resilience. He has a great interest in the science behind rehabilitation through his massage skills and physical therapy and is committed to helping you achieve your optimal well-being.
Lucas has experience in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Dry Needling and Cupping.

Sam is a podiatrist with a wide range of experiences and a focus on providing quality healthcare.
Sam completed his podiatry studies at the University of Western Sydney in 2002, returning to Tasmania in 2003.
He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine (University of Otago) and Masters of Sport Medicine (University of Melbourne).
Sam has worked within the multidisciplinary teams of the Tasmanian Health Service and has a lifelong involvement in athletics
Sam combines his broad experience with a background and ongoing interest in clinical research to deliver a high standard of modern, evidence-based healthcare.

Dr Jennifer Wells is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with over 20 years experience working in assessment and therapeutic roles with a variety of mental health concerns across a number of settings. These have included Community Mental Health and Forensic Mental Health in Tasmania, as a Senior Psychologist for Corrections in Brisbane and for 16 years as the Psychology Professional Lead for the Forensic Mental Health Service in QLD.
She has recently returned to Tasmania and has extensive experience working with people who present with difficulties with their mood, anxiety, trauma, personality issues as well as people whose behaviour has placed them in contact with the courts.
Therapeutically she works in an eclectic way using techniques from CBT, DBT and Good Lives frameworks. She is able to provide psychometric assessment including assessment of intellectual disability.
Elaine Yeoh is a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Elaine completed her Bachelor's degree at the University of Melbourne and Master's degree at the University of Tasmania in 2015. Elaine has since worked in the public and private mental health sectors in Hobart.
Elaine sees clients from the ages of 17 years of age and up. Elaine's special interests includes anxiety, depression, phobia and OCD.
Elaine provides evidenced based treatments and believes in working with clients to set achievable goals. Elaine also understands the importance in introducing practical skills that clients can utilise outside of the therapy room. Treatment plans are flexible and individualised to each client.
Some of the evidenced based treatments offered includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
Elaine is a Medicare provider and Medicare rebates are provided for clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) that can be requested from their GP. Elaine also accepts private clients with no current MHCP and is able see NDIS clients.

Phoebe is a friendly and knowledgeable Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) & Diabetes Educator who loves helping people get the information and skills they need to eat well.
She has a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and also has a Graduate Certificate in
Diabetes Education.
Phoebe has effectively provided a high level of patient centred and evidence-based diabetes care across a large and diverse caseload for a range of clinical areas including 1-on-1 clinics, having facilitated SMARTs and DESMOND group education, and telehealth with The COACH program. In addition, Phoebe has contributed to Circle magazine, and facilitated type 1 diabetes camps.
As well as supporting people 1-on-1 with their nutrition goals, Phoebe develops education content for the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS).
In her spare time Phoebe enjoys cooking, gardening, bushwalking and walking her dog along
the beach.

Molly pursued her passion for health and nutrition on the Gold Coast, where she recently graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Griffith University. Returning to Hobart, Molly is excited to reconnect with her community and support clients in achieving lasting health outcomes.
