Amanda is a Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience, working in regional Queensland before moving to Tasmania.  While based in Hobart, Amanda has worked in private practice including Clinical Pilates in her skill base.

Rojina is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist, who graduated in Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from The University of Western Australia. She has a wide variety of clinical experience working in hospitals and community organisations and enjoys working with clients with a variety of conditions.

Accredited exercise physiologists specialise in clinical exercise interventions for people with a broad range of health issues. Those people may be at risk of developing, or have existing, medical conditions and injuries. The aims of exercise physiology interventions are to prevent or manage acute, sub- acute or chronic disease or injury, and assist in restoring one’s optimal physical function, health or wellness. These interventions are exercise-based and include health and physical activity education, advice and support and lifestyle modification with a strong focus on achieving behavioural change.

Rojina enjoys working with a variety of age ranges from paediatric to older ages, from frail adults to athletic. She loves her profession as she gets to meet with different people and is able to help her clients meet their goals for optimal health

Sam is a podiatrist with a wide range of experiences and a focus on providing quality healthcare.

Sam completed his podiatry studies at the University of Western Sydney in 2002, returning to Tasmania in 2003.

He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine (University of Otago) and Masters of Sport Medicine (University of Melbourne).

Sam has worked within the multidisciplinary teams of the Tasmanian Health Service and has a lifelong involvement in athletics

Sam combines his broad experience with a background and ongoing interest in clinical research to deliver a high standard of modern, evidence-based healthcare.

Clinical Psychologist

Kate graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, from the University of Tasmania in 1993. She’s worked in a variety of settings over the years, including community mental health, inpatient units, psychiatric day programs, a stint with the RFDS based in Broken Hill and many years in private practice.

Kate enjoys working with a wide variety of adult mental health clients and is passionate about helping people maximize their potential for a happy and fulfilled life, despite the many challenges that people face.

Dr Jennifer Wells is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with over 20 years experience working in assessment and therapeutic roles with a variety of mental health concerns across a number of settings.  These have included Community Mental Health and Forensic Mental Health in Tasmania, as a Senior Psychologist for Corrections in Brisbane and for 16 years as the Psychology Professional Lead for the Forensic Mental Health Service in QLD.  

She has recently returned to Tasmania and has extensive experience working with people who present with difficulties with their mood, anxiety, trauma, personality issues as well as people whose behaviour has placed them in contact with the courts. 

Therapeutically she works in an eclectic way using techniques from CBT, DBT and Good Lives frameworks.  She is able to provide psychometric assessment including assessment of intellectual disability.

Josie Tilley is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and through extensive clinical and private practice experience she has obtained expertise in a diverse range of clinical areas.  Josie's approach involves educating, motivating and empowering patients to implement realistic, practical and sustainable evidenced-based strategies to achieve their nutrition and health related goals.
