Your program is an individually tailored treatment approach following an assessment of your strengths, weaknesses and goals. Our Physiotherapist can provide exercises and movements for your specific condition, allowing the appropriate targeting of problem areas promoting greater injury management and recovery.
Pilates can be used to treat acute spinal conditions, rehabilitation from chronic neck and back pain, rehabilitate sporting injuries, improve muscle control. It can also be used to maintain flexibility and strength to prevent injuries.
Your Physiotherapist will work one-on-one with you to devise a tailor-made program, which may include pilates and other exercises, to ensure you recover fully from your condition/injury.
The Physiotherapist may progress you from one-on-one sessions to small group sessions under supervision.
